Emporium Sweden applies both the Consumer Purchase Act and the Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Outside Business Premises. To place an order, the customer must be of legal age, 18 years of age, or have the consent of a guardian. By customer is meant a natural person.


Orders for Emporium Sweden’s products made via emporiumsweden.com are answered with a written order confirmation via email.

Orders are binding on Emporium Sweden’s side only after order confirmation has been received from the customer.

Emporium Sweden reserves the right to refuse customer purchases. All orders are considered binding. If you have placed an order by mistake, you must therefore contact us immediately at contact@emporiumsweden.com.

Should an item not be in stock, we will contact you and cancel the product from your order. We will then refund the amount or correct the invoice.


All prices are stated including Swedish VAT, currently 25% and are stated in Swedish kronor. Emporium Sweden reserves the right to increase VAT and other price changes that we cannot control.


Payment via Klarna

With Klarna, you can easily pay with your Klarna account. With Klarna, you can also choose to pay by card if you do not already have a registered account. We do not charge extra fees when you pay with Klarna.

Delivery delay

If delivery delay occurs for any reason, we will contact you. Of course we will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. As a customer, however, you have the right to cancel a purchase in the event of an extensive delivery delay.

Situations may arise that make it impossible for us to fulfill an order, for example if our suppliers are unable to fulfill their obligations to us. Emporium Sweden reserves the right to disclaim from compensation to the customer in such situations or in case of delivery delay.


Delivery time

Normal delivery time within Sweden is 2-5 working days. Deviations may occur. Emporium Sweden cannot be held responsible for delivering sold out or expired product. The shipping cost is always shown at checkout.

Please check that the delivery information is correct before completing the purchase. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change this information after the order has been packed.

Open Purchase / Right of Withdrawal

We want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. If you have problems with or are not satisfied with a product, we want you to contact us by email to contact@emporiumsweden.com.

Emporium Sweden applies the Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Outside Business Premises. We offer you with reference to this 14 day open purchase.

In the event of a return, you as a customer must return the product within 30 calendar days of receiving the item. If the product is not returned within the prescribed time, the right of withdrawal lapses.

The customer is responsible for return costs. Returns sent against cash on delivery are not redeemed. As soon as we have received the return, we will refund the money. According to Swedish law, we have 14 days to make the refund, but our goal is to do it as quickly as possible.


Emporium Sweden applies the Consumer Purchase Act to complaints. Thus, we undertake to replace faulty or broken products at no extra cost. Send an email to contact@emporiumsweden.com where you attach a picture and describe the case so it facilitates the process.
